Nathan McKenzie, the founder of Diamond Bright Group, embarked on his career straight out of school by joining the armed forces. After his service, he trained as an HVAC engineer and later became a house build site manager. In 2019, he established Diamond Bright Cleaning Solutions, which he successfully expanded into a full-fledged facilities management company.
